Mentors are Istruttori who have agreed to participate in the Program and take on an Apprentice should one make a successful application.
They dedicate a part of their time to help new editors understand the inner workings of the Wiki, and authorise progressive ranks as an Apprentice advances, in the hope that they will eventually be prepared for the responsibilities and duties of Staff.
