Renaming districts

Hi SubtlePen, just want to give you a heads up about renaming the districts. I understand your logic but it was already attempted by a previous user (a number of weeks ago) and the changes were reverted. Sorry for the slow reply. I was away from my laptop all day plus the IRC thing doesn't seem to work for my laptop. Anyways, if Rayne says its okay then cool.
