It's impossible for Ezio to be Altair's son OR great-grandson. While Altair is an assassin in 1191, Ezio becomes an assassin in 1476, almost 400 years later, and Ezio's great-grandfather was already an Auditore, since [[Domenico Auditore]] was Ezio's great-great grandfather, and would have passed his name on, even if it was, at first, a pseudonym...... It's impossible for Ezio to be Altair's son OR great-grandson. While Altair is an assassin in 1191, Ezio becomes an assassin in 1476, almost 400 years later, and Ezio's great-grandfather was already an Auditore, since Domenico Auditore was Ezio's great-great grandfather, and would have passed his name on, even if it was, at first, a pseudonym......
