Watched the advert for AC:B and i have to say this game is gonna own!

Yes glyphs will appear in AC Brotherhood. In one of the movies, i saw Ezio walking next to the Colloseum, and the info-tab popped up of the colloseum , with in the top corner a red eye icon.
