:It's a category for top-level categories that were uncategorized, not a category for every individual article on the wiki. It's needed because top-level categories being uncategorized creates a disconnect in the wiki's category tree. It's a category for top-level categories that were uncategorized, not a category for every individual article on the wiki. It's needed because top-level categories being uncategorized creates a disconnect in the wiki's category tree. Icelerate (talk) 03:54, November 30, 2014 (UTC)
