Downloadable content (also known as DLC) refers to content released separately from Assassin's Creed: Revelations. The following is a list of all additional content available for the game.

The following are available from various pre-order editions of Assassin's Creed: Revelations.
- Vlad the Impaler's Prison - secret location
- Ottoman Doctor - multiplayer character
- Ottoman Jester - multiplayer character
- Crusader - multiplayer character
- Turkish Assassin Armor - outfit
- Armor of Brutus - outfit
- Altaïr Skin - outfit
- Weapon capacity upgrades for the crossbow (+5), pistol (+2), and bombs (+3).
Uplay content
- Assassin's Creed: Revelations Wallpaper (10U)
- Unlock three weapons from Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood (the Schiavona, the Milanese sword, and the Captain's sword) and a medicine capacity upgrade (20U)
- Exclusive Mediterranean Defense meta-game missions (30U)
