Out of curiosity, is the in-game borough named "Westminster" or the "City of Westminster"? Crook The Constantine District 10:50, October 6, 2015 (UTC)

- "Westminster" doesn't technically exist; it's an area of London that lies within the "City of Westminster" (the Inner London Borough).
