- Because Piri Reis was still an Ottoman general, above all else, and being an Assassin does not grand him immunity from Ottoman law, and giving Piri Reis privileges would've gotten a lot of attention from other Ottomans. -- Master Sima Yi 17:03, November 28, 2011 (UTC)
