In Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, Cheats have been added to make gameplay more interesting. They are unlocked by getting 100% synchronization with all of the memories in any sequence. The cheats are only usable while replaying a memory, which can be toggled in the Options menu.
Cheat List
Ride The Unicorn
How to Unlock
You need to finish Sequence Peace at Last with 100% Total Synch.
Effects
All horses are turned into unicorns, all weapons have an added lightning effect.
Buns of Steel
How to Unlock
You need to complete Sequence: A Wilderness of Tigers with 100% Total Synch
Effect
You will immune to injury.
Killing Spree
How to Unlock
You need to complete Sequence The Fighter, The Lover and The Thief with 100% Total Synch
Effect
Your assassinations cannot be blocked.
Sisterhood
How to Unlock
You need to complete Sequence 4 with 100% Total Synch
Effect
It can switch all your Assassin's Guild recruits female.
Ultimate Guild
How to Unlock
You need to complete Sequence 5 with 100% Total Synch
Effect
It will raise all Assassin's Guild recruits to the rank of Assassins.
Unlimited Assassin Signal
How to Unlock
You ned to complete Sequence 6 with 100% Total Synch
Effect
It will cancel your cooldown timer when calling Assassins.
Desmond Everywhere
How to Unlock
You need to complete Sequence 7 with 100% Total Synch
Effect
It will unlock Desmond skin. You will be able to play as Desmond in Rome.
Trivia
- The Desmond skin doesn't require you to be in a Replay Memory for it to be activated.
