In Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, Cheats have been added to make gameplay more interesting. They are unlocked by getting 100% synchronization with all of the memories in any sequence. The cheats are only usable while replaying a memory, which can be toggled in the Options menu.
Cheats
Ride the Unicorn: Makes all horses unicorns and makes all swords glow.
Buns of Steel: Makes Ezio invincible.
Killing Spree: Assassinations cannot be blocked.
Sisterhood: All recruits become female.
Ultimate Guild: Assassin recruits are all Assassino rank.
Desmond Everywhere: Unlock Desmond Skin for Ezio.
Calling All Assassins: No cooldown timer when calling Assassin Recruits.
