I noticed that she addressed to "Desmond", and also spoke to the Animus cam, but shouldn't have Desmond been in Ezio's brain? I mean, consider that Desmond controls Ezio the whole time, and he finally decides to separate into a camera? Maybe Desmond got so caught up in the Animus that he was forgetting who the hell he was. And also, they speak about Ezio heading to the pyramids and such. Is that a cause for Assassin's Creed III to be still with Ezio? EliteMaster117 23:55, January 9, 2010 (UTC)

Anyone noticed how her helmet makes a vague impression of the assassin's creed logo?

I think he was talking about when Ezio says,'Who's Desmond' desmond is who controls Ezio so he shouldnt of said that.

Though some film secuences aren't control by Desmond

None of the Cutscenes are controlled by Desmond. Everything Ezio -Or Altaïr, for that matter- has done in his life is definite. Desmond cannot change this in the Animus (though it does allow for a bit of deviation, eventually resulting in desynchronization).

Pre-Cognition

It is interesting that Minerva knows of Desmond's existence, even though she's talking about it before Desmond is born, and died aeons before that. This -Along with Altaïr's Prophesies from the Apple- indicates Those Who Came Before had achieved a level of near-oniscience, and that the Devellopers believe in at least some level of Determinism.

I don't think thats necessarily a reflection on what the developers believe (look to the message given to you when you boot up the game: they come from a variety of religions and cultures, and not all believe in determinism). It seems that either Minerva/Juno/et al HAD the ability of pre-cognition, or the Pieces of Eden they created allowed them to (I guess a "what came first? chicken or the egg?" scenario). Either way, the POE's have this ability, or at least the Apples, hence why Altair wrote what he did, and why Ezio wrote the Bible passages on the stairway into the Sanctuary. -- A Black Rabbit 07:00, November 30, 2010 (UTC)

Consiracy

I think that Minerva is still alive but the humans kept her in a prison and the Assassins guard it while Templars try to free her. Because in the The Truth video Eve and Adam are running from somethin ( possibly Minerva ) and when they are climbing a building they see humans working on something with a piece of Eden. So I think that Adam and Eve are leading a rebellion of sorts and try to defeat her with the Eden.

I think that since Ezios already an assassin she didnt think he'd free her so if Desmond wasnt an Assassin at that point maybe he'd free her ( because he has Templar blood in him because of Maria ) so I think the whole world ending thing is a lie to cover her true intention of destroying humanity.

Anyway it's just a theory.
