So far we have two factions, the Templars (big on restriction of knowledge and thought to maintain and/or create order) and the Assassins (they desire the free flow of knowledge and unrestricted thought, although using questionable methods to do so). These Hermeticists might be a 3rd faction...with their plan to "transform mankind", let us just say they might be talking literally. Perhaps they were the ones who took Desmond Miles? That remains to be seen since this has yet to be released. [[User:Vae Infectus|Vae Infectus]] 22:20, February 17, 2011 (UTC)

These Hermeticists might be a 3rd faction...with their plan to "transform mankind", let us just say they might be talking literally. Perhaps they were the ones who took Desmond Miles? That remains to be seen since this has yet to be released. Vae Infectus 22:20, February 17, 2011 (UTC)
