I don't know about everyone else but this guy is the most intriguing thing in the whole series for me at the moment. We know so little about him exept that he was on of Those Who Came Before, was known as the Erudite God and had a beard. And how does he appear to Giovanni? Is he really there, is he a hologram like Minerva or is he just in Giovanni's head? I was hoping the Encyclopaedia would reveal more but it hasn't. Fingers crossed for some reveals in AC3! If you're interested, here is some trivia: Consus was an ancient Roman god of agriculture. Not a very important god but he WAS part of the group of 12 gods that is referenced in Abstergo Files via a picture. Also, the ancient Romans were said to have built a temple to him underground near Circus Maximus. Which is exactly where the Pythagorean Vault was. Which is exactly where he possessed Giovanni. Interesting, no? -- Vaxis Dec 16 9:41 PM

The mystery that is Consus...

I don't know about everyone else but this guy is the most intriguing thing in the whole series for me at the moment. We know so little about him exept that he was on of Those Who Came Before, was known as the Erudite God and had a beard. And how does he appear to Giovanni?
