Move to Christoffa Corombo

Obviously "Christopher Columbus" is the most well-known version of his name in English, but in his main Assassin's Creed appearance, Discovery, he is referred to exclusively by his Ligurian (Genoese) name, "Christoffa" since Ligurian is his native language. Wikipedia, however, notes that his Ligurian name is properly spelled "Cristoffa" without the "h", but Discovery has it with the "h". I would need to double-check on the surname being given as "Corombo" in the game... Wikipedia says the Ligurian version should have it as "Combo"... and thus far I can't find where the game gives his surname. In any case, he is never referred to by the English "Christopher Columbus" in the game, and we would have to confirm if it is referred to as such in the film and its novelization. His Italian name itself is "Christoforo Colombo". If "Christoffa Corombo" really is the full name in Discovery, it seems they mixed up his Ligurian and Italian name. In any case, we should probably refer to him by the name used the most in Assassin's Creed sources rather than the name he is popularly known by in the real-life. Ohhhh, according to Wikipedia at least, "Christoffa Corombo" is the 16th century Ligurian version of his name with "Cristoffa Combo" probably being modern Ligurian. Sol Pacificus^(Cyfiero) 22:30, February 21, 2017 (UTC)
