This enemy appears in the Temple of the Sand in one of the pathways, but I don't see him presented as a mini-boss at all, if only because you don't confront him in an arena or after a cutscene. He's just another obstacle. The only thing that sets him apart is his unique appearance. There's another brute similar to him earlier in the game in the military compound just before reaching the Tower of Jerusalem. That one, I think looks more like a mini-boss, but most players wouldn't even encounter him if they didn't mess-up the free-running on the beams. : Nevermind, just replayed the level. He is actually the very last enemy that you face in the Temple of the Sand. It's just the that the encounter is so anti-climactic that it's easy to interpret him as just another random enemy (you can literally just ignore him). For the longest time, I even completely forgot he existed despite having played the level at least 20x. I would be in favor of keeping this article, but I would prefer that we think of a better conjectural name. Necessity?
Is this page really needed? Is he not just another warrior? -- Master Sima Yi Talk 15:56, November 3, 2012 (UTC)
I suppose it's helpful-ish if people thought he was some sort of important figure. Haven't play this game, so not sure of the circumstances, but if he appears to be a boss fight then people might be confused. Could be gratification for their suspicions if they manage to link the fighting styles to the references boss Mutley Rulz (talk) 04:38, November 4, 2012 (UTC)
Necessity? (renewed)
If we have this article, then I don't see why we shouldn't have articles on various unnamed mini-bosses or assassination targets throughout the series. In the game itself, there are several guards who have a more prominent role than this man, who is not even a mini-boss, but a random enemy that you encounter who happens to have a unique appearance. I am not necessarily proposing that this be deleted, since I believe that "information should be added and kept first, then removed if necessary", and not "information should be added only if necessary". At the same time, I'd be a bit indifferent if this article were deleted since I think it's inconsistent with other unnamed enemies who play a more prominent role in the games (but do not have a unique appearance). On a side-note, we have articles on characters who have no more prominent role, nor unique appearance, than any other random guard, but happened to have a name. (Personally, I'd be in favor of Wookieepedia's policy that "unidentified" characters are allowed to have articles, provided that they really aren't just a guard you kill and have a noticeable role in the mission.)
