:I'm not sure the distinction is good enough to warrant deletion. Pretty much all Assassins in the 21st century seem to operate as cells and receive orders from the Assassin headquarters somewhere in America. The overall function of a cell is basically the same as a guild, just smaller in scale in order to avoid detection. The article has been re-offered for deletion by Bovkaffe along with many others. I want to note here that Wikia Editor's previous argument to me above convinced me that it should stay. Candidate for Deletion
Deletion might sound too harsh, but I don't think we should just spam these for every Assassin operating in a new region we ever find if the branch isn't confirmed.
