Assassin's Creed Bloodlines, released in 2009, was the first Assassin's Creed game to feature cheats, called upgrades. they can be purchased from the Animus Interface Menu. they vary in amounts and worth. Points can be earned from collecting Templar Coins from the cities. Upgrades are purchased from a menu in the Animus Interface.

Auto-Block

This is a good upgrade, but often glitched as it doesn't work. It can be bought for 50 points. It is also self-explanatory.

Extra throwing knives

This upgrade, as it says, increases the number of throwing knives Altair can use. His total carried knives don't change. this upgrade has 3 tiers.

This upgrade provides extra sync bars to Altair. This upgrade has 4 tiers, providing a maximum of 9 synchronisation bars.
