Yokohama (横浜) is the second largest city in Japan.
History
Sometime prior to 2001, the parents of Kō Risa immigrated to the city from China. Lisa herself was later born in the city.[1]
In 2019, after Risa had been expelled from numerous schools for violent behavior, she was admitted to an Abstergo clinic in Yokohama to receive treatment. There she met Dr. Kaori Kagami who promised to aid her. In the clinic, Risa was put into an Animus to relive her ancestor Shao Jun's memories.[1] After a few sessions, Dr. Kagami revealed to Risa the ongoing struggle between Assassins and Templars. Meanwhile, outside the clinic, the Assassin Kiyoshi Takakura spoke with his Mentor Saeko Mochizuki about his missions concerning the kill and considered killing Risa to be simply done with it.[2]
Some days later, when Risa's cousin Mari approached her aunt in a restaurant and asked for Risa's whereabouts, her mother only replied that she was late.[3]
