Woodbury Langdon (1739 - 13 January 1805) was a merchant, statesman and justice from New Hampshire.

In 1777, after his return to New York from London, Langdon was constricted to the city by General William Howe on suspicions of serving the Patriot cause. In December of 1777, Ratonhnhaké:ton sent his Assassins to help Langdon retreat back to Portsmouth in New Hampshire.
