Wallachia was a principality located in modern day Romania. It was situated north of the Danube and south of the Southern Carpathians.

During the mid to late 15th century, the Templar Vlad Tepes served three times as Voivode of Wallachia, until he was killed by the Ottoman Assassins under the command of the Ishak Pasha.

Wallachia was also the home country of the noble Vali cel Tradat, who later joined the Ottoman Assassin Brotherhood until the Assassins did not oppose the Ottomans' march into Wallachia - at which point he joined the Templar Order.
