The Village Anax's House

The Village Anax's House was a residence in Octopus Bay in Messara, Greece. Part of Heraklion, it stood pretty close to the Temple of Poseidon in the upper part of the city.

During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios Kassandra explored the place.[1]
