The United States of America, or United States is a country in central North America.
History
Presidency
George Washington served as the commander of the Continental Army in the American Revolutionary War from 1775 to 1783 and was the first President of the United States from 1789 to 1797.[1]
He was also the person to bring an Apple of Eden to the United States, though he passed his Apple on to someone else later.[1]
Assassinations
On 14 April 1865, John Wilkes Booth plotted and executed the murder of President Abraham Lincoln. His attack was successful, though his accomplices failed to take out the other two targets. Booth tried to escape but was eventually cornered and shot in the confusion. Unknown to all the others, Booth was actually killed by the Assassins, as his plans were a threat to the world.[2]
Philadelphia Project
In 1943, Abstergo Industries experimented with the possibilities of invincibility and time-traveling, resulting in the Philadelphia Project. Through the use of a Piece of Eden, they managed to send a ship to the future, where it stayed for approximately 18 minutes before returning to the normal timeline.[3]
Daniel Cross
During the late 20th century, Daniel Cross lived in Philadelphia, where he lived a life of hallucinations, drugs and alcohol. After a heavy night of drinking, he tried to assassinate a man he thought was a Templar, but was taken away by Hannah Mueller before he could do any harm. She took him to an Assassin camp, where he met with Paul Bellamy, though he didn't stay long and went back to his apartment to get his medication. When he and Hannah arrived, he realized he didn't have any medication left.[4]
Paul Bellamy also made his way to the apartment, having realized why Daniel Cross was having hallucinations, he told of his great-grandfather, Nikolai Orelov. Daniel had another hallucination and realized he had to meet The Mentor.[4]
When he finally met the Mentor, and was handed a Hidden Blade, the experiments Abstergo had used him for started giving him the urge to assassinate the Mentor, which he did.[4]
After that, he traveled back to Abstergo Industries' lab in Philadelphia, where the Templars got all the information they needed to deal a major blow to the Assassins from him. He was then placed in the Animus to explore his ancestor's memories.[4]
DIA satellite accident
In the early 21st century, the DIA satellite accident took place at Denver International Airport. The presise nature and time of the accident remain unclear, but Abstergo lost one of their Pieces of Eden in the accident, which caused a delay for the launch of the Eye-Abstergo satellite as they had planned to.[3]
Also, in 2012, a team of Assassins was based in Denver.[5]
