The Will of the Universe was a cosmist philosophical book written by Imperial Russian and Soviet rocket scientist Konstantin Tsiolkovsky in 1928. In the year 2000, a copy of The Will of the Universe was in the possession of the Grand Master of the Assassin Order known only as "The Mentor".
