The Owl's Roost was a hood that was part of an armor set obtained by the misthios Kassandra during the Peloponnesian War.
Inspired by the Greek goddess of wisdom and warfare Athena, the hood was made available to Kassandra through an Animus modification by Layla Hassan, an Assassin who relieved her memories.[1]

- The owl was considered as sacred to Athena, and the bird was emblematic of the goddess.
