A New Regime is a memory in Assassin's Creed: Revelations

Description

Altair, now 64, returns to Masyaf after a ten year absence to meet with Abbas. He wants to know why his youngest son was killed. Abbas reveals that he wants the Apple for himself. Altair agrees on the condition that why his son was killed. Swami approaches and puts his hand on the Apple then tells Altair that before Sef was killed, they told him that his father ordered the killing. Out of rage, Altair uses the Apple to force Swami into pulling out his dagger and cut his throat. As he writhed in pain, he stabbed Maria. Altair killed Swami then his attention went to Maria as she died.

Altair escaped the fortress and met up with Darim. They fought off the other assassins then escaped.

Outcome

Altair flees Masyaf with his Darim son.
