The Syrian Sabre

The Syrian Sabre was a weapon used by the Assassin Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad during the Third Crusade, and was the fourth sword given to him from his mentor, Al Mualim.[1] It was also obtained by the Assassin Ezio Auditore da Firenze during the Italian and Ottoman Renaissance.[2][3][4]

*In Assassin's Creed, there were no Damage, Speed or Deflect statistics. Weapon strength was based on ranks, with the Syrian Sabre being the last out of four.

Trivia

  • Ezio was seen wielding this sword during the execution of his father and brothers, despite the fact that he had earlier retrieved the Common sword from his father's hidden room.
  • The Syrian Sabre is considered the best sword in Assassin's Creed. However, its capabilities are considerably weaker in subsequent games of the Assassin's Creed series.
