The Stiletto was an obtainable weapon during the Renaissance period. The Assassin Ezio Auditore could purchase this weapon from blacksmiths located in the Italian cities of Florence, Monteriggioni, Tuscany, Romagna, Venice, and Rome. He could also purchase a variation this weapon from the blacksmiths in the Turkish city of Constantinople.
