The Spear of the Aegean was the spear of the queen Aegea, taken with her when she travelled to Elysium.
The misthios Kassandra claimed the spear from Atalanta's corpse in the Mausoleum of the Kingless Queen within the simulation.[1]

Trivia
- Due to a bug, this weapon, owned by Aegea according to the in-game description is dropped by Atalanta, while the Huntress Blade is attributed to Atalanta in the in-game description, but dropped by Aegea.
