Having received another book location from Sofia Sartor, Ezio Auditore travels to the Valens Aqueduct to locate the book.

Outcome

Ezio retrieves the book "The Flute girl" by Menander, which was hidden underneath a tile of the Aqueduct. The book leads him to the Forum of the Ox.
