Setefu (died 47 BCE) was an Egyptian informant of Apollodorus who served as the leader of his spy network in Kyrenaika during the 1st century BCE.
In 47 BCE, his name was included in a list of Apollodorus' Agents in Kyrenaika by the Romans. In it, it was stated that Setefu revealed his status as the leader of the spy network, resulting in him being the first to be executed.
