Santiago de Compostela is a city in northwestern Spain, serving as the capital of the autonomous community of Galicia.
Circa 1492, the Spanish Assassins tracked down Diego de Alvarado to the city,[1] following Diego's defection to the Spanish Templars.[2] There, the Spanish Assassins stalked Diego to the city cathedral and witnessed Alvarado's meeting with Gustavo Ramírez and lethal betrayal of the Inquisitor, as he stabbed Ramírez in the back and took the third section of Saint James' Staff of Eden to deliver to Tomás de Torquemada.[1]
