Santiago de Compostela is a city in northwestern Spain, serving as the capital of the autonomous community of Galicia.
Circa 1492, the Spanish Assassins tracked down Diego de Alvarado to the city, following Diego's defection to the Spanish Templars. There, the Spanish Assassins stalked Diego to the city cathedral, witnessing Alvarado's meeting with Gustavo Ramírez, as well as the former's betrayal of the latter. Alvarado stabbed Ramírez in the back, taking the section of the Staff of Eden in his possession.[1]
