Aragon is an autonomous community in Spain, coextensive with the medieval Kingdom of Aragon. Located in northeastern Spain, the Aragonese autonomous community comprises three provinces (from north to south): Huesca, Zaragoza, and Teruel.

In 1492, the Inquisitor Gustavo Ramírez fled from the Spanish Assassins from Zaragoza to Aragon wherein he hid inside Sádaba Castle with his bodyguard Captain Ordóñez. He had acquired a piece of a Staff of Eden.[1] Cornered by the Assassins again, Ramírez managed to evade them where he made for the second piece of the staff held in the Monastery of St. Lucia.[2]
