Trivia

  • Aquila is a constellation which in Latin means "eagle", in the same context as Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad and Ezio Auditore da Firenze's first names also pertaining to eagles in their native languages. Also, the constellation of Aquila's brightest star is named Altair.
  • In his appearance in the French Graphic Novel he presents himself as "Aquilus, Son of Lucius" before he is stabbed in the shoulder and knocked out.
  • It is presently unknown whether or not Aquilus is a canon Assassin's Creed character, due to his only appearances being in the French Graphic Novel which was proven not to be canon to the official story on many points.
