The Sacred Waistband was a belt that was part of a set of armor in 5th century BCE Greece.
Inspired by the Pythia and similar oracles, the belt was made available to Spartan misthios Kassandra through an Animus modification by Layla Hassan, an Assassin who relived her memories.[1]
