The Rán's Tear was a spear inspired by the ocean and named for Rán, the Norse goddess who personified the sea.
Layla Hassan, an Assassin who relived Eivor Varinsdottir's memories, modified her Animus and included this spear as part of the shieldmaiden's arsenal.[1]
