The Ruined Temple of Apollo

The Ruined Temple of Apollo was a former temple of the god Apollo located in the Valley of the Pegasos in Korinthia, Greece.

During the Peloponnesian War bandits had laid a claim on the ruins by the time they were explored by the Spartan misthios Kassandra, who slew their leader, claimed their valuables, and freed their captive.[1]
