Rotterdam is the second-largest city in the Netherlands, located in the province of South Holland.
By 2012, the Assassins had a safehouse located in the city. On 19 December of that year, following William Miles' instructions, Harlan T. Cunningham left for the safehouse following the destruction of the Florence safehouse.
