Roland Napule was the head of a Templar hospital in Tyre. He was the holder of the second key to the Chalice. Because of this, he was killed by Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad who then claimed the key.

- Roland Napule is very similar in appearance and role to Garnier de Naplouse from the original.
