Rescue the Last Captured Assassin was a virtual representation of one of Ezio Auditore da Firenze's genetic memories, relived by Desmond Miles in 2012 through the Animus.

Ezio set out to rescue the last imprisoned Assassin.

Pedro: What in God's name is going on here! Four escaped heretics?
