Repton is a village and civil parsh in Derbyshire, England. During the 9th century, the town was occupied by the Great Heathen Army led by Ivarr the Boneless and Ubba, the sons of Ragnar Lodbrok. The Viking Sigurd Styrbjornson traveled to the town to seek an alliance against King Alfred of Wessex.[1]
