The Ponte Sisto.

The Ponte Sisto was a bridge spanning the Tiber River in Rome. During the Renaissance, it connected the Centro and Vaticano Districts.

The current incarnation was built by Pope Sixtus IVbetween 1473 and 1479 as a replacement for its predecessor, the Pons Aurelius. What set this bridge apart from the rest was its central stylized occulus.
