Pickpocketing is very vital thing in Assassins Creed as you can get various items such as throwing knives from doing this. It is also the only way to re-stock Throwing Knives.
How to Pick Pocket
To pick pocket press the "arm" when targeting the victim, get a few paces behind them and walk up to them and your hands will be extended, once close enough you will grab the victims bag and carried out a successful Pickpocket.
When not to Pickpocket
There are various scenarios in which a pickpoket should not be attempted unless you want to start a fight.
- The Victim stops.
- The victim is facing you.
- The victim is looking behind him.
- You are too close to the victim and he tells you to be gone.
- A guard is very close.
