The Paros Sword was a type of sword forged and utilized by soldiers from the Greek island of Paros, a rival of its neighboring polis, Naxos.

In 429 BCE, the sword ended up in the hands of the Spartan misthios Kassandra as she helped weaken the Parian forces.[1]

Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]

The Paros Sword, a weapon in Assassin's Creed: Odyssey, shares the same model as the commonly found Wooden Sword, another weapon in the same game. These are both the recycled model of the Freeman Sword, a weapon in Assassin's Creed: Origins
