My instinct was to delete this article as well, but I stuck by policies closely and gave it a chance. The place is technically in the game, even without an official name, so it's debatable if it merits an article. / I removed the "propose delete" tag on a technicality since it wasn't accompanied by a talk page message, and the reason given wasn't valid.

It was little more than a small, two-story building with jail cells on the ground floor and a study on the top floor. He frequently had to contend with the poor, petty [[thief]] [[Eugène François Vidocq]], who made a habit of running-in with the law to be freely fed in prison. On one occasion, when Vidocq had just been jailed for the third time in a month, the [[Assassin]] [[Arno Dorian]] walked in offering his assistance with law enforcement. Vidocq convinced Lapparent to take Arno up on the offer since he had been neglecting numerous murder cases around Paris.
