We do this together or not at all.

It has been proposed that this page be merged with Egyptian Rite of the Templar Order, under the article: Order of the Ancients. Discussion to this effect can be held on the former article's talk page.

He who increaseth knowledge, increaseth sorrow.

This article contains spoilers, meaning it has information and facts concerning recent or upcoming releases from the Assassin's Creed series. If you do not want to know about these events, it is recommended to read on with caution, or not at all.

This template should be removed from the article three months after release.

This article is a stub. You can help Assassin's Creed Wiki by expanding it.

The Order of the Ancients was a secretive cabal operating in Ptolemaic Egypt during the reign of Ptolemy XIII. Utilizing the young Pharoah as their puppet, the Order ruled Egypt from the shadows.

At some point prior to 49 BCE the Order's actions led to great heartache for Bayek, the last Medjay, though he remained oblivious to the Order's existence, let alone their actions for some time.
