Nuñes (died 1489) was a lieutenant in the Spanish army during the Reconquista and an ally of the local Templars in the late 15th century.
In 1489, after destroying the the Spanish army's supplies, the Spanish Assassins learned of a new shipment coming from Seville and planned to disrupt it, as well intercepting orders meant for Captain Ordóñez. The Assassins made their way through the Templar base, eventually reaching Lieutenant Nuñes in his office. Nuñes engaged the Assassins in combat, but was fatally wounded.[1]
