First, Ezio must climb up a few Columns and activate levers. With each Lever activated, more water will fill the pool, and at the last lever, one of the columns will give way and reveal a hole. Perform a Leap of Faith down the hole, then work your way through the section, climbing up the columns and scaling the walls. Eventually, you'll come across a chamber, there will be a cutscene showing another room in which a Follower of Romulus will punch a fellow member, sending him crashing down below. Work your way to a small hole at the top of the chamber, then jump across the columns and scale the walls to get to the balcony.
