Najma Alayza was a Moorish member of the Spanish Brotherhood of Assassins during the Renaissance.

Biography

Born in Granada to a Moorish noble family, Najma Alayza was raised alongside her younger brother Ubayd by their mother after their father was murdered. On the night of her father's death, a dagger was left behind as a clue, including a letter addressed to Najma marked to be open in the case of his death. This inspired Najma to join the Assassin Brotherhood and avenger her father's death.[1]

At one point, Najma's brother Ubayd went missing, leading her to leave Granada on a journey to search for him. In doing so, she travelled to Libya, where she joined the Assassin Brotherhood in the area.[1]
