Movilla Abbey

Movilla Abbey was an abbey on the eastern peninsula of Ulster, Ireland.

History

In 881, the Viking jarlskona Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan investigated the whereabouts and identity of the Child of Danu, "The Seed," by following a clue leading her to Movilla Abbey. Infiltrating the hostile area, Eivor searched abbey's surroundings and came across its church. Probing the church, Eivor found another clue about The Seed on one of its benches and left the area quickly afterwards.[1] Amidst her journey in Ireland, Eivor also conducted a raid on the abbey with her crew from her longship. During her search of the abbey, Eivor also found a chest locked behind a close door within the abbey's church. Breaking the bar on the door, Eivor went inside the room, opened the chest, and retrieved the Druidic Helmet.[2]

Behind the scenes

The clue at Movilla Abbey may be discovered before or after the clue Eivor received from The Deer's personal effects.
